Hope you are all getting ready for the big holiday season! Here’s your weekly update on things going on.
*SACK OF SIN SHOWCASE - We are booked for The Loft in Poughkeepsie for SAT MARCH 11TH We are finalizing the details of the event now as far as lineup, ticket $, etc. so everyone will be getting the details probably by next week. We are super psyched for this it’s gonna be FIRE!
*SPOTIFY PLAYLIST - If you go to the main page of the site you will see the Spotify Playlist I’ve created with all of the current artists on the roster. Link is below, which is an invite to you all to collaborate:
Make sure to share and if there are bands we should be listening to and considering to be added to The Sack please send them our way! I just added to the Facebook Group
Speaking of which - As I mentioned last time, we need all of the talent to Like each other’s pages and vice versa.
THIS DOES NOT WORK IF WE DON’T SUPPORT EACH OTHER. Just like Santa “I’ll be watching” I’m making sure each artist/talent on the roster to include their socials on their pages and we try to post info from each artist in the group tagged, so there’s no excuses ;)
There’s no reason why one artist in the roster has 1,000,000 fans and the other has 10.
UPCOMING GIGS/OPPS (besides the showcase) - We suggest ALL artists to make it easier is to start an account using BandIsInTown for Artists to post your upcoming gigs. That way your upcoming shows will be posted on your individual talent page and the overall site. Here’s the site: https://artists.bandsintown.com/
For example, for the showcase and other shows where multiple talent is playing, it pops up! Check out the Critically Ashamed and Blue Alien Mystic’s page as an example. I was able to add them to the lineup and it shows up on both of our pages. https://sackofsin.com/talent/thecriticallyashamed
*CT ROCKS SPRING FEST - Both BAM and The Critically Ashamed are playing the Danbury show in May, so come represent! If anyone is interested, I can see if they have any openings we can throw some SOSE talent on with us.

NYC/BROOKLYN GIGS - I am on the email thread with Bang A Gong Productions: https://www.facebook.com/BangAGongProductions/ who have slots open at two venues they book. See below and if any talent is interested let us know and Sack of Sin can set it up on your behalf. Maybe a bunch of us can take over 4/7 in Brooklyn?
