Hope you all are doing well! Here’s an update on things we have cooking and reminders of new talent and resources available to you!
SHOWCASE NEWS/FOLLOW-UP:
First off, THANK YOU for everyone who participated in our first Sack of Sin Showcase! Thanks to Vern and NDE for helping us with the venue and the logistics of the event. We had a great turnout and seemed like everyone enjoyed themselves and we all got to play in front of a decent sized crowd! That’s what it’s all about…
So now that SOSS1 is in the books, it’s time to start planning SOSS2! We are looking at an outside venue in the Somers/Purdy’s area for sometime in June-July and we want ALL of the SOS talent on the bill this time! We are looking into setting up booths, getting some food trucks involved and making this an even bigger event.
If there are any blackout dates, or any ideas/suggestions for us, please let us know in the comments or email that accompanies this update!
UPCOMING GIG OPPS/PROMO : Another friendly reminder, make sure you post on the Facebook group any and ALL upcoming shows that you guys have going on so we can spread the word and help promote!
Also, I had mentioned before, on each of your band pages on the site we use BandIsInTown which posts your upcoming shows at the bottom, so I suggest you sign up and use so it can show up automatically. Each item sold, band, receives $8 profit for each and any profit generated ill be sent to you along with a detailed report summary monthly.
